1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Alpha DeFi's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Alpha DeFi provides automated and manual cryptocurrency trading services through investment bots. Our platform offers various investment plans with different risk levels and lock periods.

Important: All trading activities, whether automated or manually executed by our team, involve substantial risk. Trades can and may result in partial or total loss of invested capital.

3. Investment Risks

You acknowledge and understand that:

• Cryptocurrency trading is highly volatile and speculative
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Trading bots execute trades automatically based on algorithms, which may not always be profitable
• Manual trades executed by our team are subject to human judgment and market conditions
• Returns are not guaranteed and projections are estimates only

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency investments

5. Lock Periods

Investments are subject to lock periods as specified for each bot:

• Starter Bot: 7 days
• Growth Bot: 30 days
• Pro Bot: 60 days
• Elite Bot: 90 days

During the lock period, you cannot withdraw your principal investment. Early withdrawal requests will not be honored.

6. Fees and Charges

Alpha DeFi may charge fees for its services. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you make an investment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha DeFi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Trading losses or investment performance
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Technical failures or interruptions
• Market volatility or external economic factors

8. Modifications to Terms

Alpha DeFi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
